Notice of Packaging Change for Touch Screen Products
In consideration of environmental protection, DMC decided to discontinue the use of "black vinyl" packaging currently used for some of our touch screen products.
1. Target Products
Touch screen products that currently use black vinyl in their packaging.
2. Changes
We will discontinue the use of black vinyl that wraps the inner boxes.
3. Reason for Change
Previously, we used black vinyl to prevent the adhesion of fine particles from foam cushioning materials inside the outer box. However, since we no longer use foam cushioning materials, this protection is no longer necessary. As part of our initiative to reduce plastic usage, we will discontinue the use of black vinyl. Please note that the black vinyl packaging itself does not provide moisture-proof or waterproof effects.
4. Implementation Timeline
This change will be implemented progressively for shipments from July 2025 onwards. The timing of the change will vary by product model, so please contact your sales representative for specific details.
